Refund policy
A launch blocker, shown honestly: the exact refund period and eligibility conditions have not been approved.
This is not yet an approved customer policy. It records the behavior currently built into the MVP and names the decisions that still block live sales.
No final refund promise is published yet
The founder must approve the refund period, the eligibility conditions, and what happens after a proposal credit has been used. Until that decision is made, this page is not a customer refund offer and live checkout should remain unconfigured.
Behavior already built
A cancelled or declined checkout grants no project or credits. A verified full refund blocks new proposal processing while preserving signed-in access to read or delete existing project data. Payment events are applied idempotently so a repeated provider notice does not grant or revoke twice.
Required approval before sales
- The number of days in which a refund can be requested.
- Whether unused and partially used projects are treated differently.
- The request channel and expected response process.
- Any consumer-law wording required for the markets served.
