The current product boundaries, written as a draft until the founder and legal reviewer approve the customer agreement.
This is not yet an approved customer policy. It records the behavior currently built into the MVP and names the decisions that still block live sales.
What VenueTrue provides
The Founding Couple Pass is planned as a $99 one-time purchase for one wedding project and 10 proposal credits. One credit is used only after a proposal processes successfully. Any additional-credit offer must be shown and purchased separately.
VenueTrue compares documented costs, obligations, options, deadlines, and unresolved facts from proposals for venues in Spain or Portugal. Results are a working comparison, not a venue ranking or a promise that a proposal is complete.
Important limitations
VenueTrue does not provide wedding-planning, legal, accounting, tax, translation-certification, or final contract-review advice. It does not infer a missing fee or tax from a venue’s location and does not decide which conflicting clause controls.
Customers remain responsible for reading the original documents, confirming unresolved facts with each venue, and reviewing the final contract before paying a deposit.
Customer responsibilities
- Upload only documents you are allowed to use for your own wedding project.
- Keep access to the account private and do not attempt to open another customer’s project.
- Review translated wording against the original-language excerpt before relying on it.
- Do not use the service for unlawful content or automated abuse.
Decisions still required
The post-wedding access grace period, governing-law language, liability terms, cancellation mechanics, payment-record retention, and final customer contact details remain unapproved. Live sales should not open until those terms and the separate refund policy are final.
